The Western educational matrix, which germinated in the shadow of the Church and consolidated the European university model (Bologna, Paris, Salamanca), had an unalterable telos (ultimate goal): the formation of the human intellect towards objective Truth and the will towards moral virtue. In contrast, the contemporary state educational apparatus has degenerated into a mere transmission pulley of social engineering. Hegemonic progressivism seeks, through systematic usurpation, to extirpate students from paternal moral jurisdiction and from the Christian worldview, molding citizens docile to the all-embracing State.
Displacing the rigor of the Trivium and the Quadrivium—formal logic, structural grammar, and classical rhetoric—modern curricula dogmatically impose pedagogical constructivism and historical deconstruction. A virulent moral relativism is inoculated, persuading youth of the non-existence of absolute truths or fixed biological orders. This forced egalitarianism does not aspire to elevate the powers of the intellect towards excellence, but rather to execute a downward leveling: the consolidation of a uniform and intellectually anesthetized mass.
The intellectual pillars of the West - Homer, Aristotle, Saint Augustine, Saint Thomas - are silenced under pretexts of "inclusion" or directly censored for contravening the dogmatics of identity minorities. Failing that, an amalgamation of sociological indoctrination manuals with neo-Marxist roots is prescribed. The empirical result is the chain production of generations characterized by structural illiteracy and a lack of capacity for rational dialectics, but emotionally hyper-sensitized to any ideological dissent.
Faced with the violation of the natural, primary and inalienable right of parents as first educators - a doctrine irreducibly defended by the Magisterium of the Church - the articulation of a cultural counterattack is imposed. Conscious families must carry out a tactical withdrawal from the enclaves of secular indoctrination, fully assuming the formative guardianship of their progeny.
It is strategic, therefore, to promote the structuring of classically oriented academies and the discipline of homeschooling. A curriculum founded on the Great Works and perennial philosophy constitutes the definitive antidote. Only by snatching young souls from the relativistic monopoly of the State will we ensure the continuity of civilization and forge the intellectual elites of future resistance.
