The transhumanist fallacy: The biological assault on human ontology (Part 2)

Silicon Valley promueve la superación de los límites biológicos mediante la edición genética y la cibernética. Un análisis filosófico y empírico demuestra por qué este proyecto promete deidad, pero garantiza la esclavitud.

The transhumanist fallacy: The biological assault on human ontology (Part 2)

3. Cyber Slavery

Far from emancipation, the mass implementation of nanotechnology and brain chips opens the door to the most perfect form of tyranny ever conceived. If the modern state (or a consortium of transnational elites) has Read/Write access to an individual's cerebral cortex via a wireless broadband link, free will ceases to be an inalienable natural right and becomes a privilege administered by a central server.

"They will have nothing and will be happy." The famous phrase from the World Economic Forum takes on a sinister dimension when the "nothing" you possess includes your own neurobiological autonomy.

Modifying biological instincts through artificial hormones (such as puberty blockers) or DNA alterations is only the first phase of this eugenic project. The ultimate goal is the absolute standardization of human behavior, eradicating dissent through neurological calibration.

Conclusion: The Defense of Natural Law

Science, devoid of moral and philosophical anchoring, becomes madness. The boundary between legitimate medicine (which seeks to restore health and the natural order of the body) and transhumanism (which seeks to abolish human nature and replace it with artifice) is the front line in the culture war of the 21st century.

We must oppose this assault not with Luddite panic, but with the cold precision of reason and evidence. Man has an objective and given nature. Trying to establish ourselves as architects of our own essence is to reissue the oldest of tragic myths: Prometheus stealing fire, only to be chained to the rock of entropy.

The Truth demands that we preserve the biological and spiritual integrity of humanity.
